tequila melon

2 limes, juiced
2 shots tequila (more or less to preference)
2 T orange liqueur
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 cantaloupe, seeded and cubed
1/4 honey dew melon, seeded and cubed
1/4 small watermelon, cubed

Combine lime juice, tequila, liqueur and sugar in a bowl. Add melons and toss to coat with tequila and lime.

lemongrass mojito

• 2 lemongrass stalks
• 6 large fresh mint leaves
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 6 tablespoons white rum
• 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• Ice cubes
• 1 cup chilled seltzer

Microwave lemongrass on high for 40 seconds. Cut bottom 7 inches from each stalk. Slice thinly (save tops for garnish). Combine sliced lemongrass, mint, and sugar in shaker; mash well with muddler or wooden spoon until all sugar dissolves. Add rum and lime juice.   Fill 2 highball glasses with ice; strain shaker mixture into glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with lemongrass top.

~ These will impress everyone at any kind of party.  I like to use these for a pool party or outdoor party.  They always seem to hit the spot!

purple dinosaur cocktail

1 1/4 oz. Captain Morgan Lime Bite
1/2 oz. blue Curacao
1 splash cranberry juice
1 splash lemon lime soda
1 splash pineapple juice
Lemon - garnish
Lime - garnish

In a cocktail shaker, mix rum and blue Curacao with splashes of cranberry juice, pineapple juice and soda. Shake vigorously; pour in a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and lime.

berry cocktail

1 oz Absolut Berri Açaí Vodka
5 Blueberries
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
champagne
blueberries and fresh mint - optional

Muddle the blueberries in a shaker. Add Absolut Berri Açai Vodka,  fresh lime juice, simple syrup and ice cubes. Shake and strain into a beautiful champagne flute or a glass with or without ice. Top it off with chilled champagne and garnish with  blueberries and mint.

red death

1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
1/4 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1/4 oz. Lime Juice

Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with a cup of ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass with or without ice.

sparkling tropic

• 16 oz. white wine or Chablis
• 24 oz. 7-Up soda
• 2 oz. grapefruit juice
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• 2 oz. lime juice
• 2 oz. lemon juice

• Mix fruit juices together in a glass. Pour 4 ounces white wine into 4 wine glasses, then add 6 ounces 7-Up to each glass. Divide the juice mixture evenly, and serve.

cherry pepper martini

1 ounce pepper infused vodka
A few drops of grenadine
Juice of 1/2 lime

Directions: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a cherry, lime slice or a hot pepper.

carmel apple up

1 oz. Apple Pucker
1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
8 oz. lemon/lime soda

1. Pour Apple Pucker and Butterscotch Schnapps in a tall glass half filled with ice.
2. Top off with lemon/lime soda

simple margarita

3/4 part high quality silver tequila
3/4 part Cointreau
1/2 part fresh lime juice

Salt rim of glass.  Fill with ice.  Add all ingredients.  Stir

fruit drink ~ non alchoholic

• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 1 oz Passion-fruit Juice
• 1 oz Mango Juice
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Kiwi Syrup

 

• Shake with a glassful of ice and pour unstrained into a glass     opt: garnish with fruit

green dinosaur

• 2 oz Vodka
• 2 oz Gin
• 2 oz Rum
• 2 oz  Melon Liqueur
• 2 oz Triple Sec
• 2 oz Sweet And Sour Mix
• 2 oz lemon/lime Soda

• Combine all ingredients and stir
• Serve in a highball glass over ice

fog horn

1 1/2  ounces Gin

1  dash Lime Juice (fresh or Rose's)

    fill with Ginger Ale

    optional - Lime Wedge

In a glass with ice combine ingredients and stir. 
opt: Garnish with a lime wedge.

grinch cocktail

1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
1 oz Banana Liqueur
1 oz Coconut Rum
a splash of lemon lime soda




Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.  Shake, strain and serve

watermelon chiller ~ non-alcoholic

1 1/2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp sugar

Put watermelon, lime juice and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth.  Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour watermelon mixture over the ice.  Optional:  garnish with mint.

pinky

8 oz Crystal Light Strawberry Kiwi
1.5 oz Shot Vodka
1 Lime Wedge

Fill glass with ice, add shot or shot 1/2 vodka, fill remainder of glass with Strawberry Kiwi Crystal Light. Squeeze lime into glass and garnish with lime wedge.

lime coke ~ non-alcoholic

2 tbsp Lime Juice Coca Cola lime slice

Pour lime juice and coke over ice. Garnish with a lime slice.
