carrot cake cocktail

 

• 1 ounce  Irish Cream (such as Bailey’s)
• 1 ounce  Butterscotch Schnapps
• 1 ounce  Cinnamon Schnapps 
• whip cream - optional

Combine all ingredients with three ice cubes in a shaker and shake vigorously.  Strain into a glass and serve immediately with or without ice.  


Optional : top with whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon

tipsy hot chocolate

3/4 oz.  Irish Cream
3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur
2 tbsp. Hot Chocolate Mix
4 oz. Hot Water
2 oz. Whip Cream

Mix hot chocolate mix with water.  Add irish cream and coffee liqueur.  Top with whip cream.

mud slide

• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
• 1 oz Irish Cream
• 1 oz Cream

Shake all ingredients with ice.  Pour over ice in the glass of your choice.

 1/2  ounce Cinnamon Schnapps
 1/2  ounce Butterscotch Schnapps 
 1/2  ounce Irish Cream

Shake ingredients with crushed ice and strain into a shot glass.
