dr. pepper cocktail

1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
Beer


Mix Amaretto and coconut rum in a shot glass, and drop in a glass of beer.

lemongrass mojito

• 2 lemongrass stalks
• 6 large fresh mint leaves
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 6 tablespoons white rum
• 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• Ice cubes
• 1 cup chilled seltzer

Microwave lemongrass on high for 40 seconds. Cut bottom 7 inches from each stalk. Slice thinly (save tops for garnish). Combine sliced lemongrass, mint, and sugar in shaker; mash well with muddler or wooden spoon until all sugar dissolves. Add rum and lime juice.   Fill 2 highball glasses with ice; strain shaker mixture into glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with lemongrass top.

~ These will impress everyone at any kind of party.  I like to use these for a pool party or outdoor party.  They always seem to hit the spot!

blue martini

• 1 oz. vodka
• 2 oz. Blue Hawaiian Schnapps
• 1/2 oz. coconut rum
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• Pineapple wedge

Mix ingredients with ice in a martini shaker and pour into glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedge. 

chocolate warmer

4 oz. milk
Several pieces of dark, white or milk chocolate


1 oz. rum
1/4 oz. creme de cacao

Garnish:
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings

Steam milk while adding chocolate pieces until everything's thoroughly blended. Add liquor, garnish and serve.

buttered apple cider rum

1 gallon apple cider 2 cups dark rum 1/2 ounce unsalted butter Garnish: cinnamon sticks
Combine cider and rum in a large pot and bring to a boil. Place 1 cinnamon stick in each serving mug. Fill mug with cider mixture and top with a dollup of butter.

tropical coconut

1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz Creme de Bananas
1 oz White Rum
4 oz Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Lemon Juice
 

Shake and strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a slices of pineapple.
 

green dinosaur

• 2 oz Vodka
• 2 oz Gin
• 2 oz Rum
• 2 oz  Melon Liqueur
• 2 oz Triple Sec
• 2 oz Sweet And Sour Mix
• 2 oz lemon/lime Soda

• Combine all ingredients and stir
• Serve in a highball glass over ice
