Earl Grey Orange Iced Tea

  • 12 Earl Grey tea bags or 1/4 cup loose Earl Grey tea
  • Peel of 1 orange, plus orange wedges for garnish
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
Steep tea bags or loose tea and orange peel in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.
Strain the tea or remove tea bags and orange peel. Pour into a large pitcher. Stir in orange juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add cold water. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice with orange wedges, if desired.

orange iced tea





2 cups water
2 tea bags
3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons sugar
4 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice


In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil; remove from heat. Add tea bags, mint leaves, and sugar; let stand 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Transfer to a large pitcher; stir in orange juice and lemon juice. chill thoroughly before serving.

hot creamy chai tea ~ non alcoholic

2 cups water
2 individual tea bags
1 cinnamon stick
6 cardamom seeds, crushed
1 whole clove
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2-1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
Sweetened whipped cream, ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, optional


1. In a small saucepan, combine the first six ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Stir in milk. Return to a boil; boil for 1 minute, then strain. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Top with whipped cream and garnish with ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick if desired.

vanilla almond tea shake ~ non alcoholic

1/2  cup  almond-flavored herb tea
   2  scoops  vanilla ice cream
      whipped cream (opt)
      sliced almonds, for garnish (opt) 
Mix the tea and ice cream together in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with sliced almonds, if desired. 

thai iced tea ~ non-alcoholic

  • 6 cups water
  • 8 tea bags, black
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 tbs sugar
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tsp cardamom
  • Ice
Boil the water and steep tea bags with cardamom for 5 minutes. Strain and let cool. Put ice into 4 glasses, and add tea. Leave about a quarter of the glass empty. To each glass add, 1 tbs sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup of evaporated milk.

lemonade ~ non-alcoholic

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 1/2 cups Stevia Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice with pulp, seeded
  • Lemon slices
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. In 2 quart pitcher combine water, Stevia Extract In The Raw and lemon juice. Stir well and chill.
  2. Fill each tall glass with ice and lemonade. Add lemon slices and fresh mint and enjoy! 


Variation: To make a Lemonade Iced Tea, fill each glass with 1/2 lemonade and 1/2 unsweetened brewed iced tea, add lemon slices and ice. Garnish with mint leaves.
